Botulinum Toxins - FUNDAMENTALS; 1-Day FUNDAMENTALS - BOTULINUM TOXINS FOR AESTHETIC / COSMETIC PURPOSE Day 1 – 09:30 am - 10:00 am - Registration 10:00 am to 12:00 pm - Theory 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm - Lunch 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Hands-on; Training Scope: Your training will include the following: - Anatomy for Cosmetic / Aesthetic Purposes; - Introduction to Botulinum Toxins / Proteins; - Fundamental Botulinum Toxin Injection Techniques; - Hands-on Training; Your training will not include the following: - Advanced Botulinum Toxin Technique; Other considerations: Registration Fee specifically does not include Cosmetic Medications / Drugs (hereinafter Materials) for Training hands-on Purposes use. Depending on how much of materials will be used during the hands-on part of the training, such materials will be invoiced after the training. Trainee undertakes to make a payment of such invoice within 5 working days after the training date; Specific requirements: Attendees: Students and their Models only (no other visitors/spectators are allowed); Pets: not allowed inside auditorium; Service Dog: Please send for our review and decision a note describing breed, size, weight and the service the dog is trained for; Our premises and waiting rooms are not specifically designed for the presence of minor children, nor we have designated personnel to look after children. All children have to be accompanied by an adult and be under their supervision at all times; Clothes: Formal Wear / Scrubs; Gear: Masks; Photo / Video by trainees are not allowed during the training; All students, who are eligible for “hands on” training (Tiers UP & DP) shall bring their own models. If you don’t have a model we can provide a training model from our database. Licensed Physicians, Surgeons, PA, NP, RN have automatic “hands on” eligibility; Shall have a valid MPI. Tier AP participants are not eligible for hands-on trainings, unless there is a valid Delegation and Standing order from a Physician (Student’s Medical Director). Aestheticians who have and act under the supervision of a Medical Director must ensure Model had a Client Consultation with a Physician, Delegation & Standing Order from their Medical Director / Supervising Physician and a Consent from the Model.

Cancellation Policy

Services: No-shows are the worst. They’re a drain Aesthetics Business time and bottom line. So to ensure that Service Provider has as few missed appointments as possible, No-Show Protection was added Appointments system. This option requires clients to enter their credit card information when they book. The fee is applied if someone misses the appointment or cancels at the last minute. Businesses using the Appointments system have found that merely instituting a policy reduces no-shows. The simple act of entering card information is often enough to keep customers from missing their appointment. Customers may store their credit card on file and make their checkout experience even more seamless. If the appointment is missed, enforcement option is enabled, it will remove the missed appointment from the calendar. If this occurs within cutoff window, the appointment is marked as a late cancellation and system is prompted with the option to enforce fee. Likewise, if the appointment is removed after its start time, system is prompted to mark it as a no-show. By proceeding and making an appointment I provide my consent with terms & conditions of the no-show protection deposit. No-penalty cancellations or reschedules are available latest 24 hours prior to the booking made. Maximum quantity of cancellations beyond 24 hours (standard cancellation) is 1 per month. Standard Cancellations are subject to refunds. In order for us to make a refund our specialist will require 4 last digits of the credit card you did use during the booking and the date of transaction.
