To cancel an appointment online you must register on the website. To register, please use the "Login/Signup" button, on the Home Page of the website in the right upper corner, just below the "Bag" icon or use "My Dashboard" button. Once you have registered and you have entered the website, you will see your name instead of login/sign-up button. Simply click your name and you will see your active appointments. To Cancel your appointment, click the "Cancel" button located opposite “details of your appointment”. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged and to minimize our loss caused by "no-shows".
